As Senior Ecommerce Executive you’ll

  • Systems: lead training and learning on Tee Pee, Superset, Tableau, Content Square, Campaign Manager and GA; manipulate SQL independently.
  • Offers: independently set up all offer types; act as a point of contact for other team members requiring support.
  • KPIs: proactively suggest and take actions to influence Revenue, GP, AOV, CVR & Traffic.

Execution: set an example in the use of systems to understand and enhance the customer journey from a trade perspective; competently use CSQ (Zoning, Journey, Workspace analysis).

  • GP: own the 'why' behind trade actions; drive GP-focused decisions with greater autonomy.
  • Cross channel/function collaboration: drive trading actions with greater autonomy. Ownership of multiple categories/channels.
  • Change Management: understand business needs and priorities; help lead the redistribution of workload across the team to hit deadlines.
  • Ownerships: thorough understanding of individual and team roles; drive own areas and support others with theirs.
  • Knowledge Sharing: set an example in how knowledge and insight is shared across and outside the team
