Why be a Senior CRM Executive at THG Beauty? We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven CRM specialist with the capability to operate at Senior CRM Executive level, to support the Senior CRM Manager in delivering a successful CRM growth strategy. With a commercial and creative mind, you’ll be part of a dynamic, innovative team that values creativity, collaboration, and data-driven strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs. With a strong understanding of customer data, you will be confident using analytics to develop customer engagement and drive commercial value. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join the CRM team during a key period of growth.
As a Senior CRM Executive you’ll:
- Manage the end-to-end process for email marketing communications, including developing, briefing, building, subject line ideation and scheduling; championing personalisation and continually optimising with test-and-learn activity.
- End-to-end email testing for link accuracy, spelling, grammar, legal compliance, mobile optimisation & deliverability.
- Responsible for driving a strategic segmentation plan, to target, retain, and increase the value of customers.
- Support the wider CRM team to achieve the monthly revenue targets and channel KPIs, across multiple markets.
- A reactive mindset to identify gaps or opportunities and propose solutions.
- Own, develop and launch new email franchises, including template development, testing and success measurement.
- Launch automated CRM campaigns, working cross-functionally to uphold seamless customer journeys.
- Championing CRM best-practice through the use of dynamic content, personalisation and exploring ESP functionality.
- Implement a robust A/B testing roadmap to drive improvement in email engagement.
- Cascade monthly campaign plans to the wider business through engaging presentations.
- Support Senior CRM Manager on rollout of all partnership marketing media requests for CRM activities.
- Mentor CRM Executive to support their development.
Reporting:
- Daily, weekly & monthly reporting against key KPIs.
- Analyse campaigns results, drive actionable insights and recommendations and communicate it clearly.
- Ad-hoc reporting to support reactive initiatives and drive continuous growth.
- Confidently present findings to the wider business both verbally and via email.
- Ongoing awareness of competitor activity.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- 2-3 years in a CRM role with experience working with ESPs and dynamic content providers.
- Experience in creating email campaigns, including triggered multi-touch journeys across email and other CRM channels.
- Experience in understanding data and building segments of customers.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing and the beauty industry.
- Digitally minded with an innate understanding of mobile-first behaviours.
- Strategic thinker who can translate top line objectives into initiatives that can drive results.
- Confident using data including data mining and analysis.
- Highly articulate and confident communicator, both written and verbally.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated multi-tasker able to handle multiple projects with good time management.
- Commercially aware, pro-active and able to show initiative.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
