This is a fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover, offering an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
As a Retail Media Manager, you’ll:
- Develop, own and implement retail media and partnership marketing strategy across digital platforms for a portfolio of brands, aligned to the Cult Beauty brand marketing calendar and e‑commerce goals
- Execute and manage end‑to‑end tenancy media campaigns across creative, display, email CRM, organic social and content aligned brand objectives, JBP, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars
- Oversee and manage off‑site/ 3rd party media deliverables and corresponding budgets to these campaigns i.e. sponsored product, programmatic media, paid media. Optimise campaigns based on KPIs for your brand portfolio such as ROAS, CTR, conversions, traffic, NTB and RTB.
- Accountable for securing income from portfolio of brands to achieve fiscal targets set inline with budget of your category and overall retail media dept budget
- Work cross‑functionally across core performance marketing channels, brand marketing, buying and merchandising to align media with trade and shopper marketing efforts
- Analyse campaign data and insights to produce actionable recommendations to report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights to key stakeholders
- Use attribution tools and dashboards to measure online impact
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Strong understanding of the retail media landscape, including on‑site and off‑site media
- Strong understanding of multiband, e‑commerce infrastructure
- Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to forecast and work to budget
- Intermediate understanding of programmatic digital advertising platforms (e.g. Criteo, Liveramp, META, TikTok)
- Strong communication, relationship building and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and media analytics skills
- 5 years experience in a related role‑ retail media/ digital advertising
