This is an exciting opportunity to join ESPA as a Retail Assistant in our Cheshire Oaks store. The Retail Assistant is integral to the team, providing world-class customer service. Brand Ambassadors will tailor each consultation to their customer, ensuring an enjoyable and natural service.

As an ESPA Retail Assistant, you will:

  • Service:
    • Provide world-class customer service and product knowledge to all customers.
    • Build customer relationships using CRM to ensure tailored shopping experiences.
    • Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring a seamless journey.
    • Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally, prioritising customer satisfaction.
    • Support and participate in internal and external events.
    • Achieve personal set goals and KPIs.
    • Drive sales through a seamless customer journey and experience.
    • Enhance service, sales, loyalty, and appointments with customers.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Maintain a positive, professional, and dynamic presence as a team member.
    • Ensure perfect store standards, including hygiene in all areas.
    • Assist in updating and maintaining visual merchandising for all brands.

What experience & skills do I need for this role?

  • Beauty retail experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong passion for ESPA and customer service is essential.
  • An ‘always on’ approach when at work.
  • Strong beauty knowledge and makeup application skills.
  • Full availability, including weekends and bank holidays, is imperative.
