- Monitor progress against deadlines, escalating risks and resolving blockers quickly.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the central point of contact for campaign delivery, liaising between Comms Planning, Brand, Creative, Content, and Channel Specialists.
- Provide clear, concise progress updates to senior stakeholders and teams.
- Ensure alignment between campaign strategy and execution, flagging any gaps between planned and actual delivery.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Maintain and refine the Activation delivery framework, ensuring consistency across campaigns.
- Introduce tools, templates, and reporting methods to streamline workflow.
- Drive adoption of agreed collaboration principles (weekly stand-ups, shared briefs, mandatory wash-ups).
Measurement & Learning Integration
- Ensure learnings from each campaign are documented and shared upstream to Comms Planning and Brand for continuous improvement.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
