THG Nutrition Manufacturing seeks a People Advisor to deliver proactive HR support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll own Employee Relations cases, guide managers on absence, performance and wellbeing, and coach on people management to enhance performance and engagement.
You’ll also contribute to training, inductions, and ED&I initiatives, while partnering with the wider People Team to ensure timely payroll data and accurate HR analytics.
