Why be a Merchandising Admin Assistant at THG Beauty?
The Merchandising Assistant will support the team with key administrative tasks as well as purchase order raising and managing the delivery schedule which includes chasing and tracking of orders to ensure goods are delivered in the agreed lead time. Working with household beauty names such as Aesop, The Ordinary, Elemis, Benefit and many more.
- Administer all purchase orders and ensure accurate management and communication of orders and deliveries.
- Ensure delivery issues are escalated to your manager with proposed resolutions where possible.
- Support the Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandiser with excel reporting and analysis.
- Take full responsibility for accurate data pertaining to orders, deliveries and stock availability.
- Build collaborative working relationships with Buying counterparts and peers cross functionally
