Responsibilities

  • Ensure raw material availability across THG’s Nutrition manufacturing sites.
  • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules in line with inbound capacity.
  • Produce regular reports on current and forecasted stock positions, highlighting potential shortages.
  • Align with production and demand planning teams to ensure forecasted and actual usage align within tolerance.
  • Raise purchase orders covering long‑term contracts in line with demand.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong numerical and reporting skills, particularly in Excel; SQL experience desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently using initiative.
  • Previous experience in a supply chain or commercial environment advantageous.
  • Understanding of e‑commerce desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
