Why be a Supply Chain Co-ordinator (IRE DC) at THG Beauty?
Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll join the LOOKFANTASTIC & Cult Beauty Supply Chain team, reporting to the EU & ROI Supply Chain Planner and playing a key role in keeping our inbound operations running smoothly across both divisions.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day movement of orders into the EU and ROI, working closely with suppliers, our 3PL and internal teams to ensure stock arrives where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
A key part of the role will be managing our beauty consolidation model, coordinating supplier deliveries and inter-warehouse transfers, and building outbound trailer plans to consolidate brand pallet volumes into our Poland and ROI warehouses.
You’ll help us maximise full truckloads (FTLs), improve efficiency and keep our supply chain moving.
Supply Chain Co-ordinator
, you’ll
- Own EU & ROI Beauty forward planning, aligning supplier intake to demand to warehouse capacity.
- Manage the EU & ROI Beauty consol models, liaising daily with the external partners on bookings, cut-offsand exceptions.
- Produce EU & ROI Beauty consol performance reporting.
- Manage supplier deliveries across Core and Cult, chasing shortfalls and re-booking missed slots.
- Co-ordinate inter-warehouse transfers (IWT) from M2 into the 3PL for onward movement.
- Validate ROI & EU Beauty consol invoicing — invoiced charges vs. weekly dispatch vs. total pallets, plus customs DAP invoice checks
- Support with any weekly reportingto be shared with internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with B&M whencollating priority orders based on imminent deliveries.
- Support suppliers withordermanagement &systemicdelivery bookingsupport(ifrequired)in a timely manner.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- Supply chain /logisticsco-ordination experience, ideally in retail or FMCG beauty
- Working knowledge of Ex-Works freight, consolidationandinco-terms
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfortable building andmaintainingrecurring reports
- Confident supplier and 3PL/carrier communication, with the ability to chase and escape,
- Detail-focusedwith abilityto reconcile freight invoices against dispatchplans
- Able to prioritise a high volume of daily tasks alongside weekly planningtasks
- Good organisational skills.
