, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms.

This role requires someone who lives and breathes social media, with their finger firmly on the pulse of emerging trends, content formats, creatoractivityand cultural moments.

You will combine creative thinking with performance insights toidentifyopportunities, optimise contentstrategiesand continuously improve results across both organic and paid channels.

Working closely with Brand, Creative, Influencer, CRMand Paid Media teams, you will translate audience behaviours and platform learnings into content that resonates with consumers and supports wider businessobjectives.

You will also act as a mentor to the Social Executive, helping elevate the team's creative output and socialexpertise.

, you’ll

  • Own the day-to-day creation, executionand optimisation of social content across all key platforms, ensuring content is engaging, platform-native and aligned to brandobjectives.
  • Lead content ideation and creative development, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that drive engagement, reach and relevance across social channels.
  • Take ownership of content creation, including briefing, capturingand editing content, with a strong understanding of what makes content perform across different platforms and audiences.
  • Drive creative variation and testing, continuouslyexploring new formats, editing styles, hooks, storytellingtechniquesand platform features to improve content performance.
  • Work closely with the Senior Social Planning Executive to ensure the smooth integration of contentwithin the wider calendar and visibility to stakeholders
  • Brief in the monthly and campaign Asset Matrix, as well as develop creative briefs for Beauty Pro content and UGC creators.
  • Attend brand events, capturing dynamic and engaging content that supports brandobjectives, retail mediadeliverablesand the wider social strategy.
  • Ensure content is optimised for both organic engagement and paid media performance.
  • Support the development and execution of social media strategies that align with brand and commercialobjectives.
  • Develop content recommendations based on platform learnings, audiencebehavioursand performance insights.
  • Oversee contentschedulingand publishing across social channels, ensuring content calendars are executed to a high standard.
  • Support community growth and audience engagement through compelling content and proactive social management.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and wider industry developments.
  • Trend Spotting & Innovation
  • Stay at the forefront of social trends, platform updates, creatoractivityand emerging content formats, proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to keep the brand culturally relevant.
  • Act as the team's social and cultural radar, bringing forward new opportunities, contentformatsand platform innovations.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, regularly introducing new creative concepts, formats and production approaches that elevate content performance.
  • Identifyopportunities toleveragetrends and cultural moments in a way that is authentic to the brand and audience.
  • Performance & Insights
  • Use performance data, audienceinsightsand social listening to inform content decisions, ensuring creative output is both insight-led and results-driven.
  • Analyse content performance andidentifyactionable insights that influence future content creation, campaignplanningand channel strategy.
  • Monitor content, channeland campaign performance, making recommendations for optimisation and growth.
  • Report on social performance to the Social Media Manager and wider business, providing strategic recommendations and platform opportunities.
  • Act as the creative lead within the social team, providing guidance and direction to the Social Executive on content planning, content creation, trendadoptionand best practice execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Brand, Influencer, CRMand Paid Media teams tomaximise content effectiveness across channels.
  • Share platform knowledge, socialtrendsand performance insights with the wider team to support continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure social activity supports wider businessobjectives.
