THG is seeking a Senior Analyst – Customer (Beauty) to own analytics across the customer lifecycle for our THG Beauty business. You will work across acquisition, retention, CRM, loyalty and marketing, delivering end-to-end insights that inform strategy.
You’ll build segmentation and models, analyse channel performance, and translate findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. The role combines independent delivery with coaching and cross-functional collaboration.
