Role: Paid Social Manager (Clothing)

About the role
As Paid Social Manager, you'll take ownership of the strategy, execution and optimisation of our paid social activity across platforms including Meta, TikTok and other relevant social channels. You'll be a commercially minded performance marketer who understands how to combine compelling creative with data-led optimisation to drive growth. You'll work closely with our Creative, Brand, E-commerce and wider Marketing teams to develop campaigns that deliver both short-term performance and long-term brand growth. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the continued growth of MP Activewear.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the paid social strategy across key platforms, primarily Meta and TikTok.
- Manage significant paid social budgets, ensuring investment is aligned with commercial objectives.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across the full customer journey, from acquisition through to conversion and retention.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate and customer value.
- Develop and manage structured testing programmes across creative, audiences, messaging, formats and placements.
- Work closely with the Creative team to develop high-performing, performance-led advertising concepts.
- Use campaign and customer data to identify opportunities, trends and areas for growth.
- Analyse creative performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of changes across Meta, TikTok and the wider paid social landscape.
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.
- Own regular paid social reporting, communicating performance, insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with E-commerce, CRM, Brand and wider Marketing teams to ensure paid social activity supports broader business objectives.
- Support the testing and launch of new social platforms, formats and opportunities as the business evolves.
About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, creative-minded and highly analytical, with a genuine passion for paid social and digital marketing. You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly across Meta and TikTok.
- Experience managing significant paid social budgets with clear responsibility for performance.
- Strong knowledge of paid social strategy, campaign structures, targeting, bidding and optimisation.
- A strong understanding of performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR and LTV.
- Experience developing and implementing structured creative testing strategies.
- A strong understanding of how creative impacts paid social performance.
- The ability to interpret data, identify trends and turn insights into clear actions.
- Experience working closely with creative teams to produce and scale winning advertising.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the wider e-commerce customer journey.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the confidence to test, learn and challenge the status quo.
- Experience within fashion, activewear, fitness, beauty or another consumer/e-commerce brand would be advantageous.
