The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. This role is crucial in ensuring Myvitamins maximizes customer retention through personalized marketing initiatives across various digital channels, including email, SMS, loyalty programs, and CRM-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in lifecycle marketing, and a passion for optimizing customer journeys.
As Marketing Executive, you’ll:
- Analyze key retention metrics such as churn rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and data visualization tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to refine retention strategies.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value.
- Utilize data-driven insights to segment customers effectively and personalize marketing communications.
- Optimize the customer journey by identifying friction points and enhancing user experience.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop engaging and relevant customer communications.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and product teams to ensure alignment between retention initiatives and product availability.
- Partner with the paid media team to create synergy between acquisition and retention efforts.
