The role:
We are recruiting a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Nutrition Data Team and lead Performance Marketing Analytics across the business. You will be responsible for driving actionable business insights through marketing data, shaping our measurement strategy, and enabling data‑driven decision making across marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a Performance Marketing Analyst, supporting their professional growth and ensuring delivery against team objectives.
- Partner with Performance Marketing leadership to optimise marketing investment, evaluating channel effectiveness and setting budget allocation changes based on data‑driven insights.
- Develop a robust marketing measurement framework by combining Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA), incrementality testing and platform reporting to provide a holistic view of channel performance.
- Define and oversee the marketing analytics infrastructure, ensuring scalable and reliable reporting and measurement capabilities.
- Own the marketing experimentation roadmap, designing and evaluating tests that measure true incremental impact across marketing channels.
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI‑driven tools and analytical techniques to improve marketing effectiveness, reporting efficiency and decision‑making.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions, delivering clear, concise and actionable insights.
Requirements
- Ability to work internally across various teams being an approachable, supportive individual.

- Highly adaptable and analytical individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with performance marketing channels and how they operate.
Required technical skills
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in a Cloud Platform.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, experimentation and automation.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Looker or related platforms.
Required Soft Skills
- Experience visualising data to be able to ‘tell the story through data’.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and commercial actions.
