About the Legal Team and the RoleThis role will support the continued growth of the business, reporting into the Deputy General Counsel. The THG Legal Team currently comprises 10 lawyers working across a variety of practice areas. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting growth, innovation, and brand expansion. This will be a generalist in house role, with the opportunity for exposure to a broad range of commercial, corporate, litigation, intellectual property and data protection matters across multiple jurisdictions. The primary focus of the role will be to negitate, draft and advise on a variety of commercial contracts, including: As a Legal Counsel you will be working on: Supplier and customer contracts for the purchase of goods and/or services, distribution agreements and marketplace agreements;Law degree2 - 5+ years' PQE in a reputed law firm or the legal industryHolding a valid practising certificateExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong negotiation skillsConfidence to work closely with senior stakeholders in the businessGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyHighly motivated and reliable individualAbility to make sound judgementsWhat's in it for me?
