As Influencer Manager – UK, you’ll

  • Manage the UK Influencer Programme, focusing on onboarding, building, and maintaining relationships with key influencers (athletes, fitness experts, nutritionists, and podcast hosts).
  • Drive commercial performance through the influencer channel, contributing to the ongoing growth of the Myprotein brand in the UK market.
  • Develop and execute influencer recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Senior Influencer Manager.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end relationship management with influencers, from outreach and contract negotiation to KPI setting and performance evaluation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (social, marketing, product) to ensure successful influencer campaign activations.
  • Build strong external agency relationships in the UK to identify and onboard new talent.
  • Mentor junior influencer team members, supporting their professional development and growth.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • 3+ years’ experience in relationship management or marketing roles requiring strong external communication skills.
  • A passion for the fitness, nutrition, athleisure, and health industries.
  • Deep understanding of how influencers can build brand awareness, drive affinity, and deliver commercial value.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with proven ability to run successful campaigns.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts, set KPIs, and evaluate performance effectively.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining long‑term relationships with influencers and partners.
