We’re looking for a commercially driven Head of Marketplaces to lead and scale Myprotein’s global Amazon business. You’ll own Amazon strategy across key international marketplaces, driving revenue growth, profitability, and brand performance while building a best-in‑class marketplace operation. This is a high‑impact leadership role focused on growing one of our most important global sales channels.
What You’ll Own
- Define and execute Myprotein’s global Amazon growth strategy
- Manage a team of 4 across Marketplaces & Paid Media
- Own Amazon channel P&L and deliver revenue and margin targets
- Drive trading performance across pricing, promotions, and assortment
- Lead Amazon advertising strategy across Sponsored Ads, DSP, and retail media
- Improve product visibility, conversion, and organic ranking
- Oversee marketplace operations including listings, content, forecasting, and inventory management
- Identify new marketplace and international expansion opportunities
- Build reporting frameworks and use data to drive commercial decisions
- Lead and develop a high‑performing marketplace team
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Amazon Ads
- Experience owning P&L and managing commercial performance
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach
- Experience leading teams in fast‑paced consumer or e‑commerce businesses
- Ideally experience in FMCG, wellness, nutrition, beauty, or consumer brands
