As Head of Digital for Mybrands, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow two dynamic, forward-thinking brands: Myvitamins and Myvegan. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment, shaping brand growth, and making strategic decisions. As Head of Digital, you’ll:
- Take ownership of the P&L, driving improvements across sales, gross profit, and distribution costs to maximise EBITDA.
- Develop and deliver annual budgets and business operating plans to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, marketing, and other departments to drive cross-functional excellence and achieve business objectives.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with group-wide goals and strategies.
- Lead the development of internal infrastructure and team structures to support brand growth and scalability.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to maximise team potential and performance.

- Strong background in full P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning.
