Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Ecommerce Manager to drive the growth and performance of the Myvitamins online business.
You will own the ecommerce trading strategy, optimise website performance, improve customer journey and conversion, and deliver strong revenue growth across digital channels. This role requires a balance of commercial thinking, data-driven decision making, and a strong understanding of customer experience within a fast-paced DTC environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Trading
- Own day-to-day website trading performance and deliver revenue targets.
- Manage promotional calendar, product launches, and key trading periods.
- Identify opportunities to grow conversion, average order value, and overall online sales.
Website Performance
- Optimise customer journey across mobile and desktop.
- Improve conversion through A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and checkout improvements.
- Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
Analytics & Growth
- Track key ecommerce metrics including revenue, conversion rate, retention, and customer behaviour.
- Produce regular performance reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and growth opportunities.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, creative, and technical teams to deliver campaigns and improve performance.
- Support product launches and ensure strong execution across digital channels.
Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years experience in ecommerce, digital trading, or online retail.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, CRO, customer journey, and digital performance.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive online growth.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
