Our 12‑month Internship Programme at THG offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, develop industry‑leading skills, and immerse yourself in a fast‑paced, global environment. As an Ecommerce UK Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting the management and growth of the UK online store. You will assist with website merchandising, product updates, and campaign coordination to ensure an optimal online customer experience. In this role, you will also help track website performance, analyze sales and customer behaviour, and support initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions within the UK e‑commerce market.
As a Subscriptions Intern, you will support the development and optimization of the brand’s subscription offering. You will assist with campaign coordination, customer lifecycle initiatives, and promotional activities aimed at increasing subscriber acquisition and retention. In this role, you will also help analyze subscription performance metrics and customer engagement to understand how subscription strategies drive recurring revenue and long‑term customer loyalty in the e‑commerce space.
As an Ecommerce EU Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting the growth and performance of e‑commerce channels across European markets. You will assist with website merchandising, product launches, and campaign coordination to ensure a consistent brand experience across markets. In this role, you will also help track sales performance and analyze customer engagement to support strategies that drive growth and optimize the online customer journey across EU markets.
As a Marketplace Intern (Amazon), you will support the management and optimization of the brand’s presence on online marketplaces. You will assist with product listings, content updates, and promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and performance on Amazon. In this role, you will also help monitor sales performance, track marketplace metrics, and analyze customer engagement to understand how marketplace strategies drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
