THG Beauty is seeking a CRM Executive to support the global CRM strategy. You’ll help briefing creatives, build and schedule emails/SMS/push notifications, and drive growth with personalised customer experiences.
You will own email templates, execute A/B tests, manage triggered campaigns, and maintain an email calendar aligned with brand trading needs. You’ll analyse campaigns daily and report insights to stakeholders.
