As Brand Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead the execution of brand strategy across all owned and paid touchpoints, ensuring every customer interaction consistently reflects the Myprotein brand.
  • Own the brand expression across our owned channels, acting as the guardian of onsite storytelling, merchandising and customer experience.
  • Partner closely with Creative, CRM, eCommerce and Product teams to ensure our website and owned platforms tell compelling, customer-first stories that inspire engagement and conversion.
  • Manage end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, from briefing through to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and aligned with commercial and brand objectives.
  • Build brand equity through globally integrated campaigns, maintaining consistency of messaging, visual identity and tone of voice across all channels, whilst measuring performance against key brand and commercial KPIs.
  • Champion brand governance across the business, ensuring all customer-facing communications, campaigns and creative outputs meet Myprotein's brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Creative, Product, eCommerce and senior stakeholders—including the CEO—to deliver best-in-class brand experiences that balance creativity with commercial performance.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?

  • Experience: 4+ years in brand management, ideally in nutrition or wellness.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex campaigns.
  • Marketing Channels: Familiarity with both online and offline marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Creativity: Experience developing innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborative: Ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external agencies or influencers.
  • Leadership: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting the development of team members.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation skills to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
