Overview
As an Account Manager in THG Manufacturing, you will be the operational bridge between external co-manufacturing partners and THG’s internal teams, ensuring on-time, accurate production and delivery. You’ll drive day-to-day communications, oversee forecasts and orders, and coordinate cross-functionally to keep production plans aligned with customer needs. This role offers exposure to a fast-growing contract manufacturing environment and the chance to influence end-to-end execution across multiple plants.

Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact for day-to-day customer enquiries and updates on production, lead times, and dispatch schedules
- Lead regular operational update calls with customers to provide visibility on order status and milestones
- Coordinate with Planning, Production, Materials Management, Quality, and Dispatch to meet client requirements
- Raise and track bottlenecks or escalations with internal stakeholders and the Commercial Director
- Collate customer demand forecasts and align with internal planners to assess capacity and material needs
- Monitor OTIF and component/material deliveries to support production schedules
- Coordinate production runs across powder blending, bar, tablet, and fruit preparation plants
- Perform regular stock reconciliations of customer-supplied materials and report balances
- Translate purchase orders into production/planning schedules in THG’s planning systems
- Raise and track orders in THG Ingenuity; set up customer price lists on THGB2B portal and maintain pricing
- Assist with master SKU data and data alignment for new product range introductions
- Provide timely updates on order movements and production timing to Finance for revenue tracking
Key requirements
- Experience in customer service, client liaison, supply chain coordination, account coordination, or production administration (FMCG/food & beverage/manufacturing preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional customer relationships
- High accuracy in order processing, stock reconciliation, and data in systems
- Basic understanding of production workflows, lead times, and supply chain processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and familiarity with ERP, MRP, or proprietary ordering portals
