The Roles – Performance Marketing

  • Paid Media (Social / Search): As an intern within our Paid Media team, you’ll gain insight into how we drive targeted traffic and maximise return on investment through paid digital channels. You will support with campaign setup, keyword research, and performance monitoring across platforms such as Google and social media. You’ll develop a strong understanding of digital advertising, bidding strategies, and performance marketing.
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management): As an intern within our CRM team, you’ll learn how we engage and retain customers through personalised communication strategies. You will support with the planning and execution of email and SMS campaigns, customer segmentation, and performance analysis. You’ll gain valuable experience in lifecycle marketing and how data‑driven insights enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Influencer: As an intern within our Influencer Marketing team, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in building partnerships with creators and brand ambassadors. You will support with influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking. You’ll develop an understanding of how influencer partnerships drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion in the nutrition and e‑commerce space.
  • Brand: As a Brand Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting brand development and marketing initiatives. You will assist with campaign coordination, content planning, and collaboration with influencers and brand ambassadors to ensure consistent brand messaging. In this role, you will also help track campaign performance and analyse engagement metrics.
  • Shopper Marketing / Activations: As a Shopper Marketing & Activations Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience supporting the execution of retail marketing initiatives and brand activations. You will assist with planning in‑store and digital campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams and retail partners to enhance the shopper experience.
