About this Role
Private Label Nutrition (parent company THG PLC.) are looking for highly motivated and hardworking individuals to join the team based in Blackpool. We are recruiting Hygiene, Warehouse and Machine Operatives. Supplying brands across the world, Private Label Nutrition supply a wide range of high quality tablets and capsules to some of the world's leading nutrition and supplement brands.
Working in our very busy production department you will be able to work as part of a small hardworking team as well as being able to problem solve independently if required. The production team work within a cleanroom environment (PPE provided) and have a number of positions available throughout the production process based on previous experience. We are particularly keen to speak to individuals who have had experience in the manufacture of tablets, capsules and/or blending of powders.
The right candidate will have:
- Good communication skills
- Have a keenness to learn and develop new skills
- The ability to work independently or as part of a great team
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
- Conduct Quality Control tests as required
- Set up the manufacturing equipment and process
- Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing operation
- Operate, control, monitor and conduct cleaning for the manufacturing process equipment
- Ensure we can achieve our KPIs and targets
- Ensure the work area meets required GMP & BRC standards
- Maintain and support right first-time culture
