Why be a Head of Product Development at THG Beauty?
The Head of Product (THG Beauty Brands) is responsible for leading the product strategy and innovation pipeline across THG’s portfolio of premium beauty and wellness brands. This role oversees the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring each brand’s portfolio aligns with consumer insights, market trends, and commercial goals.
You’ll work collaboratively across functions to drive innovation, deliver high-quality products, and enhance brand equity across skincare, haircare, and wellness categories. This is a strategic, hands‑on leadership role that combines creativity, data‑driven decision‑making, and operational excellence.
As a Head of Product Development, you will:
- Define and deliver multi‑brand product strategies that align with THG Beauty’s vision, leveraging insights to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- Lead end‑to‑end product development, from ideation and feasibility through to launch and lifecycle management, ensuring category relevance and differentiation.
- Use data analytics, trend forecasting, and consumer research to shape product roadmaps and inform innovation priorities.
- Partner with THG Labs, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to deliver cohesive product launches that balance creativity and commercial impact.
- Monitor product performance post‑launch, adjusting strategies to optimise results and maintain consumer engagement.
- Manage product development budgets and resources efficiently across all brand projects.
- Ensure all products meet global regulatory and quality standards in collaboration with QA and Regulatory teams.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
