Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day CRM campaigns, including conceptualisation, briefing, production, and delivery.
- Develop and implement a testing strategy to optimise email, SMS and app communications.
- Collaborate with the wider CRM and marketing team to deliver a dynamic, personalised CRM strategy that engages customers through their purchasing journey.
- Produce and support the preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to track performance and identify improvement areas.
- Work with the in‑house creative team to develop marketing materials, ensuring visual engagement and effectiveness.
