The Hut at Colwell Bay are looking for an experienced Kitchen Expediter / Pass Coordinator for the busy season ahead and are offering a guaranteed minimum of £16 per hour plus a great benefit scheme and the chance to work at one of the best locations and kitchens on the Island.
This role is key to service – working on the pass, coordinating tickets, checking dishes, organising orders and ensuring food is delivered smoothly and efficiently to guests. It requires someone calm under pressure, highly organised, and able to think ahead in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Ideally, you will have a background as a chef or experience working on a busy pass or within a high-volume bar or restaurant environment where handling multiple orders at once is second nature.
