The Hut at Colwell Bay is recruiting Experienced Front of House staff for the busy season ahead and are offering a wage structure of £15 per hour for Waiting staff plus a great benefit scheme and the chance to work at one of the best locations on the Island. Guaranteed Minimum Hourly Rate (GMHR) Explanation

All employees will have a basic pay rate of the national minimum wage for their age group. GMHR will be met for each hour worked through the distribution of service charge and house tips (TRONC), where there are not enough funds in TRONC to meet GMHR, the company will top up pay. Should TRONC funds exceed GMHR then this will be distributed resulting in an hourly rate greater than GMHR. 100% of Service Charge and House Tips will be distributed to the team. The limited hours worked during specific, pre-booked, training sessions and during the season set up and break down when the restaurant is closed out of season will be paid at a basic rate.
