The Hut at Colwell Bay are looking for a reliable and hardworking Daytime Cleaner to join the team for the busy season ahead. The role offers £15 per hour, with shifts from Thursday to Saturday, 2pm–8pm, in one of the most stunning locations on the Island.

This role is key to maintaining the high standards our guests expect – overseeing the cleanliness of guest toilets, keeping facilities fresh and presentable throughout service, and supporting the wider team with crucial back‑of‑house duties. This includes glass cleaning, clearing areas, and maintaining staff spaces to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

It requires someone with a great eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to stay on top of tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑footfall environment. You’ll need to be proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, but more importantly we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
