As a Contract Renewal Manager for our 1: Many Customer base at HubSpot, you will be responsible for handling customer contract inquiries promptly. This includes communicating directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the accurate resolution of inquiries and the execution of renewals. You will manage a high volume of account-related tasks and customer inquiries, focusing on maximizing customer investment with HubSpot.
This role is available across our EMEA locations with options to work @Office, @Flex, or @Remote.
In This Role, Youβll Get To
- Resolve a high volume of customer inquiries promptly while providing exceptional service.
- Communicate directly with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth renewal processes.
- Solve complex billing issues through analysis, working with teams like Customer Success, Accounts Receivable, and Sales, and contributing to billing infrastructure improvements.
- Contribute to the growth of the contract management team by providing feedback and piloting new processes.
- Drive value in conversations to help surface suitable leads to sales.
