The Fitness team are a large, friendly team responsible for looking after the members and their guests with regards the indoor fitness facilities; Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Gym, studio classes and Treatment Room.
The role

Schedule
Weekends.
You will be responsible for teaching juniors of all levels and will have the skillset to build positive working relationships with members of the Club.
The role will be subject to satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check results, either at a cost of £59 or, if you are subscribed, via the online DBS status check.
Requirements
- A relevant and approved Swimming Instructor Qualification (min. Swim England Level 2 Swim Teacher or equivalent).
- A genuine passion for teaching swimming and helping others achieve.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to go the extra mile.
- Strong engagement and communication skills.
- Proven experience teaching excellent junior swimming lessons on a private basis.
- Ensuring a safe learning environment is provided for swimmers, members and Club staff.
- Competent in completing necessary paperwork, invoicing, including swimming progress sheets.
