With four kitchens on-site, The Hurlingham Club caters to members, their guests, and event clients with a rich variety of dining options. The Main Kitchen prepares and cooks food for all member/non-member and corporate functions in the Events Suites. It also assists with the food preparation in other outlets, including the Pool Bar and BBQs between May and September. Within the Main Kitchen, there is a dedicated pastry kitchen which prepares and bakes pastries, desserts, and other baked goods for events and Club venues.
The Harness Room Kitchen offers a relaxed menu exclusively for members and their guests, providing light breakfasts, lunches and a more formal evening offering. The Polo Bar Kitchen prepares a light menu and dinner seven days a week. The Brasserie Kitchen offers modern British cuisine during lunch and dinner service for members and their guests.
THE ROLE
This opportunity is available on a casual basis; as a casual worker, you will work on a casual basis in line with the pastry kitchen roster, which may include morning, evening and weekend shifts. Casual Agreements provide flexibility, with working hours offered in line with operational needs and without fixed hours, giving you the opportunity to pick up shifts that align with your availability.
