The Hurlingham Club in London is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our Dance Studio and fitness programme.

This full‑time role covers a 37.5‑hour week across a five‑day rota, including early openings, evenings, and weekends to supervise operations.

You will recruit and oversee freelance instructors, maintain high customer care standards, monitor attendance, manage the budget and payroll, and ensure safety and certifications.

Collaboration across departments and active member engagement are key.
