DEPARTMENT: F&B OPERATIONS
THE ROLE
As a Floor Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Club's recently opened Brasserie. Working closely with fellow Floor Managers and the wider F&B Management team, you will motivate and support the Brasserie team to deliver a first-class hospitality experience for our members and their guests. You will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of The Brasserie and support the management team and other Floor Managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality service.
- Managing, coaching and motivating staff to ensure correct conduct, punctuality and adherence to uniform guidelines.
- Supporting the induction of new team members.
- Overseeing administrative duties, such as timesheets, training and cost controls.
- Providing excellent member service and responding to member feedback to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Being flexible supporting other areas of the Club F&B areas during quieter periods.
Hours: average of 40 hours per week on a roster basis over five days, this may include early, late and weekend shifts.
