The Hurlingham Academy is a mixed secondary academy based in Fulham, West London. It is located adjacent to South Park and within a stone’s throw of the river Thames. It is a small but growing academy that is improving year on year under the new, young leadership team that was created in 2015. You will work with a diverse community who have high expectations and aspirations for their children, who expect the best and who want to succeed. The Role: We are seeking to appoint an innovative and dynamic Teacher of Maths. If you are looking for your next challenge, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the development of an outstanding and innovative department that is passionate about providing the highest quality education to young people.

About You: You will need to have QTS and a good honours degree in the subject area. The successful candidate will need to be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will need to be able to work under pressure, have excellent communications skills, and be computer literate. You should have experience in delivering high quality teaching and learning, and have high personal and professional standards. You should be enthusiastic about working within a school environment and be an inspiring role model to our students.
