Permanent Term Time Only Part time - 5 Hours per week (Mon - Fri 1 hour per day). The Priory Learning Trust is looking for an enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join the heart of our community at East Huntspill Primary School. You will play a vital role in our daily school life - supervising outdoor play and fostering social skills, improving outcomes and providing first-class support for our students. This is an ideal opportunity for those looking to gain experience and start a career in education!
As part of this role you will:
- Support children in their physical play by providing encouragement, support, advice and guidance.
- Help develop positive behaviours working collaboratively with the existing lunchtime team and support staff.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of working within a school is ideal but not essential.
- Ability to adhere to working procedures and policies within the school environment.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Patience, motivation, flexibility and adaptability.
