Job Description
My client based in Chelmsford has an urgent requirement for an IT Support Engineer to join on a 12 month rolling contract working on a part time basis - one or two days per week. You will be working on the client tech bar, meeting internal staff face-to-face resolving software and hardware issues.
This is a fantastic role for someone looking for a part time position. Please note the work will always be on either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday (never Thursday or Friday).
You will provide tech bar services at a different site each week (on a 4 week cycle) meaning access to a vehicle/motorbike is essential.
REQUIRED SKILLS: -
- Active Directory - Password resets, adding new users
- Windows 10 imaging, troubleshooting
- PC, Laptop and Printer hardware break/fix
- Basic network and server support
- Excellent communication skills
