About the Role: Junior Sous Chef
As aJunior Sous Chef, you’ll be a leader in ourbusy, fresh food kitchen, ensuring quality dishes are served to our guests every day. From towering burgers to wood-fired pizzas, your expertise will be key to creating exceptional dining experiences.
What You'll Do:
- Lead your station and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ensure the highest quality food and maintain a 5-star hygiene rating.
- Help with stock control, ordering, and deliveries.
- Mentor your team and develop your leadership skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of chef experiencein a similar fresh food, high-volume setting.
- Passion for creating great food and leading by example.
- Energetic, positive, and ready to thrive in a busy environment.
- Flexible with evenings and weekends.
