Mayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a Service Greeter to add to their team in Brampton. The Service Greeter is responsible for assisting customers and is an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in the Service Department.
Our Greeters/Lot Attendants provide excellent customer service while interacting with customers in the Service drive‑thru and also assist Service Advisors and Technicians by bringing customer vehicles through the shop or through the car wash.
Pay: $17.60 per hour.

Job Duties
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
- Assist customers with their questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
- Controls service traffic flow and parking.
- Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
- Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
- Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter and in the service drive.
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Performs customer follow‑up on repair orders.
- Other duties as required by the Service Manager.

- Clean driving record.
- Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission is an asset.
- Previous customer service experience.
