Mercedes-Benz Brampton is looking for a Receptionist & Licensing Clerk to join their team in Brampton. The receptionist and licensing clerk is the face of the dealership, greeting customers and filing vehicle licensing paperwork. This role works closely with all departments to direct customers to the appropriate team members.
Pay: $36,000 to $45,000 per year.

Job Duties
- Preparing the licensing for all vehicles.
- Stocking in new and used vehicles into inventory.
- Assist and host customers over the phone and in the showroom.
- Greet and check in sales appointments.
- Accurately receive payments and handle cash.
- Create cash reports and receipts.
- Scan and email documents.
- Keep reception area, showroom and lunchroom cleaned and organized.
- Promote a positive retail operation.
- General administrative duties.
- Other duties as required.
What We Look For
- Experience in a dealership would be considered an asset.
- Previous experience in Reception or Licensing Clerk roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (clear speaking voice).
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with OneEighty software considered an asset.
- Team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
