<div><h2>Role Overview</h2> <p>We are looking for a BDC Representative to join our team in Brampton.</p> <p>The Business Development Centre (BDC) works with our dealerships’ Service department to deliver high‑quality customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and needs.</p> <p>The BDC Representative helps turn online leads into appointments and inbound calls into opportunities for the Humberview Group.</p> <h2>Compensation & Benefits</h2> <p>Compensation: Base salary plus bonus ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 a year.</p> <ul> <li>Career Growth – Advancement opportunities across 20 stores and 18 brands.</li> <li>Rewards & Bonuses – Referral bonuses up to $2,000 and incentive programs.</li> <li>Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, travel, life insurance, RRSP matching, and an Employment Assistance Program (EAP).</li> <li>Training & Mentorship – Learn from experienced leaders who support your growth.</li> <li>Exclusive Perks – Team member pricing on vehicles, service, parts, and accessories.</li> <li>Lifestyle Benefits – Discounts on brands and gym memberships.</li> <li>Great Team Culture – Social events, BBQs, and team outings.</li> <li>Work‑Life Balance – No Sundays or holidays, plus long summer weekends.</li> </ul> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Handling incoming calls.</li> <li>Managing inbound/outbound calls for appointment reminders, campaigns, recalls and internet opportunities.</li> <li>Following up on customer inquiries.</li> <li>Handling database leads and creating appointments for the Service Department.</li> <li>Following up with past customers in the database.</li> <li>Other duties as required.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Call center experience is preferred.</li> <li>Experience in a dealership is considered an asset.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice).</li> <li>Prior experience in a customer service role is required.</li> <li>Comfortable with computers and technology systems.</li> <li>Strong record of customer satisfaction results.</li> <li>Team‑oriented individual.</li> <li>Strong time‑management skills.
