Your Opportunity

The Chief of Staff directly impacts the organization’s culture and productivity by coordinating and streamlining strategic and cross-departmental initiatives, serving as a member of and guiding the activities of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and overseeing internal communication. You anticipate and help avert problems before they occur; and when they do, you support and coordinate appropriate responses in partnership with the CEO and the rest of the SLT. You will support the implementation and execution of the CEO’s and SLT’s vision, coordinate the process of setting short- and long-term goals, and oversee progress against those goals. You will provide high-level operational and strategic support to the SLT on complex projects of high importance, enabling the SLT to focus on large initiatives by handling day-to-day coordination of leadership processes. You will help define and execute strategic initiatives and support organizational culture, clarity of success, and alignment with THL’s mission. This position requires multi-tasking across long-term projects and time-sensitive matters. The ideal candidate has experience in an organizational management role with senior-level collaboration. This position reports directly to the CEO. This is a full-time, remote position with domestic and occasional international travel (equivalent to 4+ trips per year). Depending on time zones, work outside standard hours to collaborate with international teams may be required. This role can be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Canada, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cape Verde, Ghana, Liberia, or Sierra Leone. The successful candidate must be authorized to work in one of these countries and reside there while undertaking this role.
