Job Description
Our Support Workers are extraordinary people who help our clients to remain living in their own homes and more importantly, make them smile every day. You’ll support the client with living independently and achieving their goals in life, as well as outings with the client, personal care (bathing, showering, toileting, etc.), help with their medication, and practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
Duties will include:
- Looking after your own caseload of service users.
- Be responsible for assessing their need for any TECH support and their cognitive and physical needs.
- Liaising with Multi-Disciplinary Teams to organise the care needed for the service user.
Qualifications
You’ll need to be caring and compassionate, and a good listener. One year of social care experience is required as specialist training will be provided.
