The predicted salary is between 20 - 20 £ per hour.
£20.00 per hour. Part-time (6 hours per week) covering Wednesday evenings (two hours) and match days/preparation time (four hours) during each season.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to support our Women’s Team as a Physical Performance Coach. In this role you will work with the Women’s First Team, and other age groups as required, taking responsibility for designing and delivering the athletic development strategies for the group(s) as a whole and for designing specific programmes to suit the needs of each individual player.
Working closely with the Women’s Team Manager, the post holder will support players to improve their strength and power markers, as well as GPS markers on the pitch including increases in maximum speed. You will lead physical development sessions both in the gym and on the pitch, also delivering all First Team testing and screening strategies and the nutrition strategy, and managing associated databases.
With previous proven experience in a sports performance environment and experience of providing strength and conditioning support to athletes, you must be well organised and passionate about making a difference through sport, with a degree or equivalent in Sports Science or other relevant discipline.
