Huddersfield Town AFC is seeking a Human Resources and Safeguarding Executive (part-time) for 28 hours / four days per week, with a salary of £24,000 per annum (based on a full-time equivalent salary of £30,000 per annum). This is a permanent position within our established HR and Safeguarding team.
The post holder will support the Head of Human Resources and EDI, Human Resources Manager, and Senior Safeguarding Manager with day-to-day activities related to the Company’s employment and safeguarding provisions. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on safeguarding and safer recruitment and selection
- Managing employment documentation
- Maintaining the Company’s HR software system and safeguarding systems
- Providing proactive and effective administration services for the Club and Town Sports and Entertainment Group
This role requires accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced working environment. Candidates should possess excellent organisation and time management skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, while previous safeguarding experience is desirable. Confidentiality is crucial due to access to sensitive information.
