We are a specialist care provider based in Manchester, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs across residential, outreach, and day service settings. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day‑to‑day running of the Day Centre
- Plan and deliver structured, person‑centred activities that promote life skills, independence, and well‑being
- Support individuals to achieve outcomes aligned with their care and support plans
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, social workers and therapists
- Provide guidance and support to support workers and volunteers
- Deputise for the Day Centre Manager when required
