We strengthen the capacity and improve the quality of groups and organisations directly involved in international solidarity work in Wales. We support a cohesive and vibrant international development sector for Wales. We're recruiting a Senior Development Support Manager to work as part of the team delivering Hub Cymru Africa's development support, mentoring and training activities across Wales.
You will ensure that individuals and groups within the Wales Africa sector access a programme of training, learning and information sharing, promoting partnership working and anti-racist practice. You will lead a small team of part-time Development Support Managers who work throughout Wales. Specific leadership responsibilities are allocated within these roles.
We're a flexible and supportive team with an office in the centre of Cardiff. This position can be based anywhere in Wales, though you will sometimes be expected to travel for meetings and events.
