A well-established, patient-focused healthcare provider is recruiting a Clinic Assistant. This is a busy, people-focused role combining reception, administration, and client support. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while delivering an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and providing a professional front-of-house service
- Managing appointments, bookings, and practitioner diaries
- Handling phone, email, and in-person enquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting clients with bookings, services, and follow-ups
- Assisting with general administration and clinic operations
- Supporting occasional local community events (approx. 1 per month)
Working Hours
40 hours per week (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break daily). Rota-based shifts between: Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 7:00pm / Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm. Includes a mix of early/late shifts and a Saturday rota.
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and booking software
- Comfortable discussing services and pricing with clients
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
