Role overview
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed and hands-on HR System & Data Specialist to join our growing team.
This role will focus on ensuring clean, structured, and high-quality data is at the heart of every system implementation, integration, and optimisation.
You’ll work closely with HR, IT, end-users and project teams to improve data integrity, facilitate data cleanse, map system processes, support testing, and ensure HR data enables better decisions, compliance, and employee experience.
What you’ll do
- Support client with their Success Factors system implementation on various modules ensuring the data, process and systems integrations are designed, built and implemented properly, according to client needs.
- Cleanse, map, validate, and support the migration of HR data from legacy systems to new platforms.
- Build effective relationships with system integration specialists, ensuring alignment with their activities.
- Own and develop key system processes, working with SMEs and SIs to define business rules.
- Support system configuration, data testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Monitor ongoing data & process quality and integrity across core modules (e. g. Employee Central, Smart Recruiters, Performance and Compensation).
- Support HR and business teams in capturing “as-is” vs. “to-be” processes to redesign and document processes aligned to the new ways of working.
- Provide insight into how data structures align to HR processes and regulatory compliance (e. g. GDPR).
- Contribute to reporting design and analytics capability across the HR function.
- Deep and specialist knowledge in SAP, Success Factors.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as an extension of their HR and business team, and as a trusted advisor on data matters.
- Design and facilitate engaging workshops and feedback loops to support the end-to-end data management approach.
Skills and experience
- We are looking for an experienced individual, who has done this role before and can bring knowledge and know-how to our wider team.
- As this is a systems and data-focused role, we are keen for a candidate who pays attention to detail, organised and has a deep system knowledge.
Proven experience working in HRIS transformation or data specialist roles.
- Strong understanding of SAP Success Factors, system logic, data architecture and integration flows.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Self-starter with a collaborative and delivery-focused approach, able to manage a plan for system implementation activities.
- Experience working with or alongside HRIS platforms (e. g. SAP Success Factors or Workday) is a must.
- A pragmatic and people-centred approach to change, able to work flexibly and adapt to the pace of change as led by the client.
- Application to design and lead process mapping.
- Comfortable working remotely, as part of a virtual team and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in consulting, contracting, or working across multiple clients is a bonus.
